Homemade Cinnamon Cereal

The other day I found this really delicious looking recipe for home cereal, which was completely gluten-free (and guilt free). Sometimes I just like to have something easy in the morning, and then this super delicious cereal would be a great alternative to the store bought cereal which is always filled with sugar and other bad stuff..


Ingredients:
1 banana
1/4 coconut flour
1/4 buckwheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp sugar (or sugar substitute)
1 tsp cinnamon + ekstra
1 tbsp coconut oil

Directions:
Mash banana. Combine the flour and baking powder and soda, sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Mix with banana until it is a thick dough. Roll the dough to a big square. Cut in smaller squares and dip in cinnamon. Bake in oven for 30 min at 350 F.
